Went in here today for the first time. The woman on staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She helped me find what I needed. So one star for that. I then went into another store and then realized I had bought the wrong jalapeño poppers so I had a change of heart and decided after my next stop to go back and return them. I wasn’t sure of the return policy so I would have taken store credit if I had to. The man who was working informed me that there are absolutely no refunds or returns from the minute you take an item out of the store. I didn’t understand but I complied. He told me that if he returned that he would have to throw it away as I have broken the cool seal and could have possibly even tampered with it. Nowhere in the store does is say no refunds or returns. Nowhere on my receipt does it say that and they never told me at the cash when I was checking out. Which I believe they should have if this is really the case. I come home to go on M and M food markets website to see that as long as you have the receipt and the package isn’t damaged you can return for up to 30 days. I am extremely disappointed with the service I got as I couldn’t have been gone from the store more then an hour from the time I bought it.
I live in Wasaga Beach and went there yesterday because I was at Collingwood. Both of them are good . Even time, they seem to run out of sausage rolls . I love it..didn't get one, That okay ,I will get one on thr next trip?
Never had a bad experience at this store with the food or staff. The selection truly serves the purpose. We love the appetizers, especially when we just feel like nibbling or entertaining guests.
We have been shopping for a long time. Usually I usually order a large order on line and pick up the order the next day. Great way to shop as we are seniors and the portions are just right for two. My only problem is that this time we ordered the seasoned breaded cod. We have had this before, but this time, following the package instructions, the cod was very tough and the breading was mushy. We threw the whole dinner away. We will not be ordering this again. Too bad, because it used to be quite enjoyable.
Very quick and helpful. It was a pleasure to shop there ? in half a minute i had my order as oppose to the 15 or 20 minutes I probably would have taken
Another great M&Ms . Stopped in to buy a single microwave meal which I took back to my hotel room .Staff were helpful and pleasant. I do like to wait for their sales to stock up on some items.
