After 7 years of heating our house with oil we finally transitioned to a natural gas system. Thank you for 7 years of top-notch customer service and speedy delivery. The maintaining and closure of our old system was flawless. Appreciate everything.
These people are crooks. They will steal your money all because it’s a Wednesday and Shelley and Mira are having a bad day. ((Those are the 2 very unprofessional ladies at the front ). Shelley is a bully and taunted me saying “ aweee do you have no heat? Are you and your baby freezing?” ( said in a bully tone and she even laughed at me at the end) Then proceeded to put me on hold for 20 MINS! While she went to find the debit sale ( she just couldn’t find) for $600.00 3 days prior as we paid and then they just didn’t come deliver. She is terrible at her job and RUDE beyond belief. Especially to children. How dare she say that about a 2 year old. She hopes we’re freezing? Get this lady out if that office. Look at the photos and see for yourself. Charged on debit and paid $600.00 forced to wait 3 days for fuel because she simply didn’t want to pick up the phone and call a driver out. No other reason. If they are that lacking in trucks and employees perhaps people should take their business elsewhere to a more reliable company as collingwood fuels is NOT that! The second picture is from the driver 3 days later and it says the total cost for 501 litres is $580.00 We were charged $600.00 for 500 litres. Do you see the problem. We were charged $600 for something that costs $580. Crooks. Also says charge to account. Which means they want to charge us for that $580. Even after paying $600. You can make your own decisions but these people are thieves. Just call the other company’s in the area and say their name. The response you get from those companies should tell you enough. They either laugh at this company or tell you flat out how many complaints they have had and how collingwood fuels has no morals.
Had a great experience with everyone at this company. The ladies were lovely and personal! Helpful and answered all my questions. Truck drivers came out in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for anything else!
Such a shady company, several times now I've gone to get propane and the cost seems a little high and so I check the propane prices with other local vendors and find that every time they throw on an extra 50-100 dollars they dont even try to hide it with an ambiguous amount just clean 50 here 100 there. They have screwed up in the past with deliveries and the manager/owner promises all kind of garbage and never follows through. Tells me he will get a drive to add an additional 15% of propane and he of course thinks I don't check my gauge on my tank amd says they add it and pf course they never do. For a family owned company I'm sure the original owner is rolling in his grave due to his kin ripping people off in the cold months to make himself richer. Snakes in the grass and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. Terrible people. Now go ahead and hide this comment you crooks.
Thank you for making the switchover from another company to yours such a simple and flawless experience. Great team of people, from sales/service to office staff, who all seem to genuinely care.
Have only had great experiences with everyone who works at Collingwood Fuels. We've been impressed with every interaction we've had starting from the beginning when salesman who came out when we began building our house, to the men who came and ran our lines and hooked up our tank, the woman in accounting who has always been super helpful when we pay our bills and then again today when I sent an email (after 7pm last night) Andrew showed up at noon to come check my lines before we dug. We couldn't be happier with the services they offer and would recommend them to anyone.
