Thanks for saving my best friends Boyfriend from absolute demise…. we have been planning his girlfriends birthday for weeks now & he made a choice “with his two brain cells” to trust another flower shop that let him down, and almost provided me with a year of ammunition to hold against him; although, I am Displeased that I wont have this ammunition…. I am thankful that my best friends Birthday is not ruined
Always helpful with choosing a bouquet and flowers are as fresh as they come. My wife is always in love woth them as she will send me photos of flowers in the bouquet that will bloom AFTER she has put them in a vase and she loves it.
Great service and beautiful flowers! My wife and I spent a week at Blue Mountain for our 15th wedding anniversary. We were coming up from Toronto, and I wanted to surprise her with flowers in our hotel room as checked in. The shop was more than accommodating to take my order via email, take my payment over the phone, include my message on a card and deliver the flowers to the hotel on time. And the dozen red roses were amazing, fresh and well arranged in the vase. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
What a wonderful experience. I called on a Sunday and was looking for two arrangements. I advised them that I was traveling and wouldn’t be able to pick up the flowers until approximately 3:00 am at which time I would be passing through Collingwood. I asked if they could put them outside somewhere safe and I would grab them on my way through. The owner actually stayed at the store (catching up on other orders) and waited for me to arrive. Fortunately I arrived at 1:00 am and she didn’t have to stay as long but this lady certainly went above and beyond to make her customers happy. She also did an amazing job on both arrangements. We stopped off at this shop earlier today and the varity of flowers they had were amazing. They had such great customers service, the lady at the front was very helpful. Worth the stop.
The owner is a little poor at english but rlly kind. I was also satisfied with the design of the bouquet-which was made to match the price i offered. I'd like to come back if i ever get another flower ☺️
Nice to see this place follow the law... All non Essential service is to be closed but yet I walk by there today and ur open sign is on and theres people going in... Sick considering this place is extremely small and some of the ceilings are maybe 7 feet high and theres so much stuff u can only stay about 2 feet from someone at most...
