As a person living with multiple disabilities, a rare brain disease and a neurological disorder, I have always been welcomed with a smile, compassion and a high level of professionalism from Dr. Saiger and all the staff at the Collingwood Dental Center. I appreciate their willingness to take on the care of a complex patient, have open discussions and create solutions on best practices for my unique medical situation. The humanity, understanding and empathy provided from during critical procedures that include medical accessibility and inclusion show their unfailing support for myself as well as all of their patients.
I called Collingwood Dental Centre after a nasty fall, that left me with a veneer which broke off. If first impressions are everything, then Collingwood Dental win the prize. From my first contact with the lovely receptionist, who booked me in immediately to the lovely atmosphere I walked into, I had a good hunch, I was in good hands. The dentist and his assistant were wonderful, kind and just so professional. Thank you!
Dr. Zain, Melanie, and Susan were exceptional! I had an extremely unpleasant experience at a different dental office and was petrified to go to a new dentist. Dr. Zain and his team made me feel at ease and told me step by step what they were going to do. They made the entire experience painless and stress free. HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Zain even called me himself the following day to check up and see how I was doing. I cannot say enough good things about this dental centre! It is clean, the staff is friendly, and I will MOST certainly be back!
If you need a dentist, this is a good place to go. Super friendly, helpful people, and Dr. Mo Saigar has always shown that he really cares about his patients and what needs to be done. He explains why, and what he plans to do, quite clearly. And it doesn't hurt!
By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Wonderful staff- friendly, patient and communicative. Marilyn and Dr. Zain Saigar took very good care of me. I came in as an urgent appt having never been there before. I had a broken molar and required two fillings, which you would think would be circumstances for a bad day at the dentist’s office. However, they were both very empathetic, efficient and explained the process as they went which was very much appreciated. I literally felt no pain at any time- not even the usual pinch from the needles. A big thanks to everyone there!
I dislike dentist visits, however, Dr. Robert Reid and his staff were marvelous. They made me feel comfortable the entire visit. He explained what he was doing as the procedure went on. I am finally confident and have a great dentist to visit regularly! Thanks guys!
